Being positive pays off…
I really actually enjoyed venting in my last post… but I think the best part about it was that I posted something! I gotta keep up the blogging, it’s fun. Anyways - I’ve had an interesting month, it’s been like the roller coaster Tatsu at Six Flags Magic Mountain where you feel like your floating in the air and your not really sure if your gonna fall or not, then when it’s over there is a real sense of positive happiness, and you want to do it again. (at least I always do)
Most people that know me pretty well know I’m a pretty optimistic guy. I tend to chase things that seem unattainable, I take risk that have big pay offs, and I don’t believe that things are impossible. If I didn’t have those traits I would probably not be doing what I’ve been doing the past 10 years. In theory, at the young age of 18, I had it pretty good. Had I stayed with what I was doing then, I would probably have a big time job right now, a house, a couple of cars, and whatever else I wanted… except the dream. So I actually quit the easy life and went after the dream, which I can’t say I’ve attained yet, however, I’m way closer than I have ever been before.
I got a lot of work to do this week, but if it all gets done, than I will have accomplished my biggest goal since leaving the easy life… and if I keep going for the next 10 years as hard as I’ve gone the past 10, I’ll be in a really good place. All it takes to be happy is to just believe in what your doing and stay positive, know that it can happen… unless you can’t sing and your auditioning for American Idol.
